Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic development team. As an AI Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models, analyzing large datasets, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI Agents and backend systems. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for AI Agents.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows for processing and analyzing large datasets.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure the accuracy and robustness of AI models.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, integrating new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Previous experience in the Healthcare or ERP sectors.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy considerations.
