Welcome to Call The AI Ltd (UK) and Call The AI Inc. (US) ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

We provide custom-trained AI Assistants, primarily over telephony, tailored for the ERP and Healthcare markets.

• Statement of Work (SoW): Before commencing any work, a detailed Statement of Work (SoW) will be established, outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. This document ensures clarity and mutual agreement on the project specifics.
• Estimates and Costing: An estimate will be provided with detailed costing before any billing occurs. This estimate will include a breakdown of all charges to help you understand the pricing structure and make informed decisions.
• Compliance: By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
• Access: You agree to access our services only through the interfaces provided by us.
• Prohibited Use: You may not misuse our services, including interfering with them or attempting to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions provided by us.

• Monthly Billing:
Billing: Our monthly services are billed on a monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which they will terminate.


• Annual Billing:
Billing: Our annual services are billed once per year.
Non-Refundable: Once paid, the annual fee is non-refundable. However, annual subscriptions benefit from two months free of charge, effectively providing 12 months of service for the price of 10. Commitment: Annual subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term and will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call The AI Ltd and Call The AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

• your use or inability to use the services;
• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services;
• any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
• any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or
• the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

In no event shall Call The AI Ltd or Call The AI Inc. be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to Call The AI Ltd or Call The AI Inc. hereunder.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• For Customers in Europe: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.



• For Customers in the United States: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, United States.
