Job Description
We are seeking several experienced and dedicated Project Managers to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client project delivery from initial exploration meetings through to project completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards by liaising with clients and coordinating with our internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial exploration meetings with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Develop and define the Statement of Work (SoW) in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Ensure projects stay on track and on time, adhering to established deadlines and budgets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or AI sectors.
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience in the Healthcare or ERP sectors.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications.
