Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced VoIP/PBX Developer/Engineer to join our team. The primary role of this position is to deploy and maintain PBX servers, configure and maintain SIP trunks, provision telephone numbers for clients, manage client SIM cards, configure client PBX systems where applicable, and design and configure call flows.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain PBX servers for clients.
- Configure and manage SIP trunks to ensure reliable voice communication services.
- Provision and manage telephone numbers for clients.
- Oversee and manage client SIM cards, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
- Configure client PBX systems according to specific requirements.
- Design and configure call flows to optimize communication processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP and PBX systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest VoIP and PBX technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in VoIP/PBX development and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PBX systems, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with SIP trunking and configuring SIP trunks.
- Proficiency in provisioning and managing telephone numbers.
- Familiarity with SIM card management and configuration.
- Excellent understanding of call flow design and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with popular PBX systems.
- Certifications related to VoIP/PBX technologies.
- Experience in the Healthcare or ERP sectors.
