Marketing/Brand Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing/Brand Manager to oversee our company brand and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital media, creating promotional materials, producing demo videos, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage and maintain the company's brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.
  • Create and produce high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and demo videos.
  • Develop and manage content for the company website, blog, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology, AI, Healthcare, or ERP sectors.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and practices.
